Maybe someone can help.
Samsung declined my request for promo earbuds.
I have purchase s22 via Tele2.
details: Je bestselling van 9-2-2022 met bestelnummer 69067988
Samsung provide explanation that my purchase is not legit, invoice is missing. Documents, email I received from Tele2 and Delivery note I received with device, are not valid.

Last time I also had the same problem and I at the end I did not get the gift. Now I need it because I released headset connector is missing :)
