Pukcode kwijt


Hi i lost my PUK code as i dont have the SIM holder and my number isnt registered on the app, can someone help me on this? thank you

If you can't get into the MijnTele2 environment, the quickest way then is customer service as @eric mentioned!

I advise you to activate your number in the MijnTele2 app as soon as you can. That way you can access your data in the future all the time. If you still need help, send me a DM - and I'll make sure you get the codes! 😄
