Hi, I cannot use my internet in Belgium, my roaming is active on the setting on my phone but still doesn’t work.

Do you have this subscription lessen than 2 months? After paying the first two invoices they open up roaming. 


Hey @Laurent, welcome to our Community! What @eric says is correct. However, I checked this for you and there is no blockage on roaming on your account. It should work on your phone. What network are you connected to? Could you try to (manually) connect to one of these networks: Orange, Proximus or Telenet BASE. Please let us know if this works for you.
