Hi there,

Over the weekend, I changed my subscription on my mobile to an unlimited plan. I didn’t realise this would be immediately confirmed, I thought I would have to confirm again before it was locked in.

Now, when I’m in the Tele2 App, I can’t see the option to go back to the subscription I was previously on (20GB + 200 mins/sms for €‎18,01). 

Could you please assist with changing my subscription back to my existing one?

Hi @Kelseyjane 

You can change to a different bundle once a month. An upgrade is indeed effected directly.

So, next month you can change back to another bundle in your app.
