I contacted them on December 2 and the cancellation was made on January 2,
I was debited for one month this month.
Can I get a refund for this?

I have tried to chat with them, but I am having trouble getting a response at all.

The invoice comes after the month has ended. The invoice you recieved is for the month december.

Your last invoice will be for 1 and 2 januari, to be paid in februari.


The invoice for January had been issued, but now I see that the admin page had an error.
