Withdrawals even though you have not used the service

I contacted them on December 2 and the cancellation was made on January 2,
I was debited for one month this month.
Can I get a refund for this?

I have tried to chat with them, but I am having trouble getting a response at all.

Hi Umi, is this about your Home internet subscription? If yes, please contact my colleagues on 020-7544444. I would love to look into it for you myself, however I don't have access to our Home systems. Please let me know if my colleagues were able to help you! 😄

The invoice for January had been issued, but now I see that the admin page had an error.

The invoice comes after the month has ended. The invoice you recieved is for the month december.

Your last invoice will be for 1 and 2 januari, to be paid in februari.
