Hello, I have sim only subscription and I would like to change my address in mijntele2, but it tells me that I cannot change it myself for 2 months: (Wijzigen is helaas nu niet mogelijk, i.v.m. een blokkade op uw dienst(en). De eerste twee maanden van je abonnement kun je niet alles zelf (de)blokkeren. Nadat je twee facturen hebt betaald is dit wel mogelijk. Vragen? Zie hier voor meer informatie.) For new costumers there are a few restrictions in place, this includes changing the bank account and address.
Those restrictions are lifted automatically after 2 invoices have been paid.
If it's urgent to change your address, you can fill in your account information (costumer number and date of birth) in your profile.

You can call customer service 020 75 44444. In the menu: 1) mobile phone then again 1) billing and tech.problems.

As @Rena Chan said there are restrictions the first 2 months for changing customer details.
If it is urgent, you can send me a private message with your name, address, customernumber.
