I wonder if this is the right place to ask this , I am having several internet disconnections over the past 2 months , decided to just wait a little bit because maybe it was momentary but it keeps happening, where do I need to call or someone to check my connection issues?

The signal getting off entirely, with ethernet cable and wifi.

Call the customer service, they can check your modem, your connection with the network and send new equipment or an engineer.


I have also suffered from short internet disconnects during the past months. Do you also have that it's just your modem losing connection to the internet, and then it taking 20-30 seconds to reconnect, usually once a day, and that's it? With it happening usually on weekdays at the end of the afternoon, beginning of the evening, sometimes in the weekend as well?
