Hi I have home internet subscribson with Tele2 and I canceled last in November 2022 via phone call. The problem is the Tele2 still charge the amount and I didnt receive any confirmation email about the cancelation 

Hello! The fasted way is to call again and check if the cancellation is done right. 

I think there is a 1-month notice period. But to check this, calling is really the quickest because that customer service can immediately check in the system if the notice is in there correctly.
The moderators here on the forum dont have acces to that systems, and the customers that are helping eachother here neither :(

020 - 754 4444  is the number. I think its possible to get a refund if the cancellation is not done correctly.
