My internet connection supposed to be activated yesterday but till now the ADSL light of my modem (TG789bvn) is off. I checked the modem via LAN and it is working fine. I connected the modem to different sockets but nothing changed.
Only the power button is red and the TV light is blinking in green. Actually, I cannot understand the cabling in my energy room. So, I do not know that the telephone sockets are connected to the demrac point (ISRA punt) or not. The only thing I know is that the previous tenant was using the fiber optics internet and its router is still there.
Would you please help how can I fix the problem? Thank you in advance.

Just follow the telephone cable and check de red en blue wires inside are connected to the DSL modem. On the site is an explanation how to connect the stuff together.
