difficult internet connection

Hello,

I don’t know how to connect my cables. I’m not sure if this is type 3 or 4. I have already connected the modem and TV receiver. But the problem is the connection on the wall on the electricity closet. Please see the photos. Can someone please help me on how to do the connection? 

Now tele 2 have sent me a new photo and i am even confused the more. i need help. If its difficult someone should connect me to a mechanic

    Ik ben een helpende klant in de community. Tele2 moderators hebben “... van Tele2” in hun community naam. Zorg dat je klantnummer en 06 nummer zijn ingevuld op je community profiel, dan kan een Tele2 moderator je sneller helpen.
