Do you have an extention of hour internet with TV package now? What is the activation date which was confirmed to you?
I see the activation date of your television product is still planned for a future date. When your package is activated you will no longer get the error message your are describing

thanks Jasper, but i’m confused as the paper i received says it should be activated from 6 uur on Dec 15
