hello

i’ve found multiple threads on this topic, my decoder, however is 1st time and new - i don’t know whether there’s an old decoder at my rental address that needs to be deregistered?

Do you have an extention of hour internet with TV package now? What is the activation date which was confirmed to you?

I see the activation date of your television product is still planned for a future date. When your package is activated you will no longer get the error message your are describing

thanks Jasper, but i’m confused as the paper i received says it should be activated from 6 uur on Dec 15
