Internet light on modem is red

Hi since receiving my Tele 2 internet box and some other information with details on installation, I was given a time and date on which it was activated for my use. Over two hours past that time it has not been activated and any time I try to establish the dsl connection from my PC I receive an error code the media access page. The money also hasn’t been taken out of my account I’m thinking mainly this is the reason?? Any help appreciated!!

How annoying that you don't have internet. Did it work? Which lights you see now lit up. I would like to check it for you. Can you send me a private message containing:

 

  • Full address
  • Date of birth
  • Last four digits of your IBAN number.

I’ve sent the private message also I’ve been trying to call customer service and get through all day but haven’t been successful yet.
