Never recived an order confirmation for my samsung s21- so cannot make the promotion  for the ear buds?

You can find the promotion on Samsung's website: https://www.samsung.com/nl/members/pre-order/. Where they explain how it works. If you need help, I recommend you to contact Samsung! 

I have sorted out how you can participate! If you need the pre-order proof, I'll get right on it for you.

Participate in the Samsung promotion:

  1. Go to www.samsung.com/nl/promo
  2. click on the promotion
  3. fill in the online application form
  4. Upload the following documents by 31 March 2021: 
  • A complete, legible copy of the valid pre-order receipt for your new Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+ or S21 Ultra, including
  • The name of the store/webshop where your new Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+ or S21 Ultra was pre-ordered
  • The pre-order date. This date must fall within the promotional period: 14 January 2021 to 28 January 2021 
  • A picture of the package barcode with the EAN code and IMEI number.

You need the phone to be delivered first before using the Samsung promotion for earbuds.

Ik ben een helpende klant in de community. Tele2 moderators hebben “... van Tele2” in hun community naam. Zorg dat je klantnummer en 06 nummer zijn ingevuld op je community profiel, dan kan een Tele2 moderator je sneller helpen.

I have the phone delivered yesterday. I have the contract and reciept all signned that i paid for it.

 

when i made the oder tele2 never confirmed it. i understand i need that confirmation email to make the promotion ?
