Good day, I want to know why my request to change to different provider rejected.

Hi @Chc,

 

How nice to run into you here on the Community, welcome! Is this about the phone number listed in your Community account? If so, I have a clear answer for you why it was rejected! A new contract has started at the end of your previous contract, this is a one year contract. This one runs until: 22-4-2023. If you want to switch to another provider, you can do this one month before the specified date! 

 

Hopefully you know enough, if I can do something for you, please let me know through a new topic? Then of course I will do my best for you! For now I wish you a very nice weekend!

What is the end date of your contract?

My contract shall be ended already. As I did not request extension. It is now under sim only.
