No home internet connection

Hi everyone.
I came home after 8pm and I don't have internet connection through my router.
I can connect to the router but it does not provide internet and the customer service is off after 8pm so I hope somebody can help me out.

Sorry for the late reaction! I see your modem is online at the moment so I can only conclude that the problem has been solved, can you confirm this? I hope so!

I tried restarting several times and reseting it too and nothing
