Internet Disconnect and high ping

I have internet disconnects all the time and the ping is too high,

I can't finish my work because of this disconnect ,

Call the customer care tomorrow. They can do a line measurement. Make sure your computer is connected via an ethernet cable to exclude the wifi network.
