Failure of internet in Brunssum

From last Friday my internet does not work.
After calling on hepl line Tele2 sent me new modem which does not wotk as well.
The problem is probably in landline.
From Monday morning untill now the hepl line is always busy.
Chat is useless because it communicates only in Dutch.
What can I do more to solve it?

I see that you've contact the customer support and that you made an appointment with a KPN mechanic which is scheduled on today between 14:00 en 16:00.

Will you let us know how it went?
