since morning we have not had broadband connection.

Media access gateway error message: Your DSL connection is down. Verify that your MediaAccess Gateway is correctly connected to your phone line.

Modem: Technicolor TG789bvn.

Tried to restart it a couple of times (switching off/on) without any effect.



Could you please help with that?
Call the customer care, they can do a line measurement and if needed send an engineer.
