My SIM is not working from today, phone just says "SIM not provisioned”.

Welcome to the Community. I'm going to help you activate your SIM card as soon as possible.

First of all, my apologies for this inconvenience! We are migrating everyone to our new network. The new network has many advantages like 4G roaming in the EU and you will be using the best tested network in the Netherlands. We have done everything we can to make sure the transfer goes smoothly. Did you succeed in ordering the SIM card? 

If not, please send us your details and SIM card number in a private message and I'll make sure your SIM card is activated right away!

Dan ben je waarschijnlijk overgezet naar het nieuwe netwerk maar is de simkaart aanpassing mislukt. Indien je inderdaad bericht van overzetten hebt gehad kun je hier een nieuwe simkaart aanvragen.

Will I get any refund for the loss of service, since I am not getting what I paid for?

You would have to ask Tele2 for that, but since the most expensive subscription is 25 euro we are talking less than 1 euro a day.

Yes, but getting sim will take a bunch of time, also currently I can’t change my address for some reason.

change of adress to a different Dutch location depends if you have paod several invoives. Customer care can help you with that as well.
