Roaming in Italy is not working (sim card inactive here)

Hello

My  simcard (calls and internet) is not working in Italy.

I use Tele2 for 4 months already, so blocking for first period is not applicaple in my case.

Can you remove blockage from my account, because it's quite inconvenient

Hey @varnikov_a, first off; welcome to our Community! Italy sounds amazing right now and I understand you want to be connected there. There was indeed a barring on roaming. I removed it for you, so you should be able to connect to our networks there: TIM or Wind Tre. Please let me know if it works for you. I’d love to hear it! 😄
