No connection abroad

I am currently in France. I have no mobile connection nor data. Can you check?

Or did you buy a new subscription with Tele2? In that case, roaming is barred until the first two invoices are paid.

Welcome to the Tele2 Community! Is this bug still playing? As Eric points out, roaming is disabled for the first two months if you are a new customer with us. Have you also tried rebooting your device? This can also help! Hope you have a nice time in France. Will you keep us posted on your findings?
