Good day, I want to know why my request to change to different provider rejected.
What is the end date of your contract?
My contract shall be ended already. As I did not request extension. It is now under sim only.

How nice to run into you here on the Community, welcome! Is this about the phone number listed in your Community account? If so, I have a clear answer for you why it was rejected! A new contract has started at the end of your previous contract, this is a one year contract. This one runs until: 22-4-2023. If you want to switch to another provider, you can do this one month before the specified date!
