No connection abroad after trying to troubleshoot

Hello Tele2 community and anyone who can help,

I unfortunately am not able to use my SIM card, after two invoices, abroad. I have already tried restarting, making sure the APN is correct, switching networks, resetting my network settings, etc. There is also no block on my account.

I don't know what else to do, because my SIM should work. I'm currently in Georgia (country) and while it says online that I need to buy a foreign plan, MijnTele2 says it is included into my account.

please help??

Hi @marfitoes, I would be very happy to help you resolve this! Have you had a look at our foreign page? https://www.tele2.nl/klantenservice/mobiel/buitenland/tarieven-dekking/Georgi%C3%AB. It says Georgia is in the green zone, if you purchase a bundle it should work! Please keep us posted if this has made a difference. 😊

Hi Johrick, thank you for your response! Unfortunately, I cannot send an SMS due to my having No Service. So I can't purchase a bundle. :(
