Hi everyone, I just ordered a tele2 mothly terminable sim card online and it delivered yesterday. I switched from lycamobile to tele2 and requested a number porting service, but after inserting and unlocking the sim card, there is neither mobile network connection nor a new available number to dial. I tried to create a mijntele2 account to activate my sim card, however it says both numbers I entered( the lycamobile and the temporarily tele2 one) are not in tele2 system.
What can I do to solve this issue? I’m so confused and unoriented now.
