Hi, 

I came back to the Netherlands and i got new sim card but there's no service,I tried to activate it following the instructions on the website but it didn't work!

I'm happy to help you activate your new sim card. Please send me the following info in a private message: date of birth, zip code + house number and last 4 digits of your IBAN. We'll have to do another check, that consists of 4 questions about your subscription.
