I just received my new phone + SIM.

 

When i enter the SIM into the phone, there is no connection. Therefore i cannot activate the SIM via the new number.

Plz help

You can activate the sim within your MijnTele2. Once the sim has been activated you’ll be able to use the network. Use your mobile or a computer that is connected to WiFi. More information can be found on: https://www.tele2.nl/klantenservice/mobiel/je-simkaart.
