cannot cancel subscription

Hi,

 

I have a subscription that's supposed to end in December 2020, but I just realized that I still have the subscription and is still paying for the subscription. I want to send an email to inform you about this, but could not find any email on the customer service. Please help me to cancel my subscription. Thank you
