Cancellation of order

Please I made an abonnement and it got delivered today but I made a mistake during the registration and the agent corrected it but it was cancelled I don't know why

Possibly your name on the order wasn’t exactly the same as on the ID card. Tele2 is very precise because of fraud protection. Contact the customer service to be sure this is the reason. They’ll help you canceling the order so you can order again.
