I called Tele2 team 2 weeks ago to cancel my Thuis Internet. And by the tone of the voice of the caller I knew something was off… And as per expected no action was taken and I am being charged for the month of February 2021, no communication on my email or phone. Nothing, nada.

 

I thought cancelling internet was just an issue back in my country, but I guess it’s a worldwide tactic.

 

PLEASE HELP ME CANCEL MY THUIS INTERNET!

There is always a one month cancellation period. If you were out of binding, this is easy. If you are in binding, you need to send some proof of your movement to avoid a cancallation fee.


You should be getting a confirmation, otherwise better call again.
