I want some details over my subscription


I subscribed to the tele2 service or internet on home.
What I want to know is the following:
  1. Will my subscription be automatically debited from my bank account?
  2. When do my bills expires? On our date number or everymonth (aprox)?

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Will my subscription be automatically debited from my bank account?

Yes, we will direct debit all invoices

2. When do my bills expires? On our date number or everymonth (aprox)?

If with expire you mean the last date to pay before the internet is suspended then I can't give you an exact answer on that. What I can say is when the direct debit fails you'll receive reminders like an e-mail and/or text message and also a reminder through the mail. In the reminder(s) we will communicatie a "pay before" date.

  2. No, I was asking for the day of the month when you will be making the debit in my account actually. Sorry, my English is horrible actually (and the self correcting function of my cell doesn't help).

Haha, no problem.

The direct debit takes places the 26th of the month unless its the weekend or a holiday in which case it will be the next business day.
