I’m planning to move to another address, but I can’t do anything with the tele2 website.

The phone number to where it was registered is not actual anymore, the email with login is not coming and I can’t do anything basically to ask for support.

Call the customer care, most of them speak Englisch. They can help you move the subscription to a new adress.
