Dear Sir / Madam, I am moving to Amsterdam on the 1st of February to one
of the apartments provided by VU Amsterdam housing agency and it is very
close to my work. However, The housing agency providing the whole
services (electricity, gas, water and internet). Therefore I am kindly
asking you to cancel my contract from That date since it is not possible
to relocate my contract with you to the new place.

Thank you for understanding and sorry for the inconvenient!
