unlimted gratis 1GB bundel not working

Dear Tele2

I am not able to request 1GB gratis data bundle after consuming 6 GB. Could you please check what is wrong and how to solve this problem??

Hi Shankar,

 

There are two ways to ask for a bundelbooster after the intitial FUP of 5Gb has passed.

  1. In the Tele2 app. (if you have been recently upgraded to the new network, you need a new app from the playstore)
  2. Send an sms to 1280 with the text: “NOG 1GB”
