My subscription started last week. Today my simcard is activated. And I want to register to MyTele2 but the link for registriation has expired. And now every time I try to recieve a new activation link it says "something went wrong". I have tried many times and every combinations. Please I need a help. Thanks in advance.



(And I read the forum about this topic. Quite few people have this issue. They say that may be my e-mail is not registered in the database of MyTele2. But I am not sure though.)

De oorzaak van het probleem met betrekking tot het activeren van MijnTele2 accounts is gevonden, in de aankomende IT Release zal dit probleem verholpen worden.

Na 04 juni 2019 kun je zonder problemen een MijnTele2 account activeren. Voor nu excuses voor het ongemak.
