Fo more than a week the internet at home is disconecting 3 or more times per day. With red Power and WAN lights in the router. In the router. And it does not reconnect for 5 minutes. This is really annoying.
The chatbot is useless. It is just there to make you spend time and tell you at the end that You have to call by phone.

Thank you for your explanation! The first thing I wonder is whether you use WiFi or wired internet?  What always helps is a powerflip. This sounds technical but it's quite simple. I looked for an article where all this is described, check it out here: Internet problems, how to fix it.
