Wrong info on my internet on mobile

Good day, 

I continue to receice sms and mention internet bundle is used up. But when I check the detail, I shall have more than 3950mb data available. What happened there?

That’s weird, so do you still have connection with internet hhen yuou receive the sms?
What does the sms exactly say? And are you in NL or abroad?
Maybe there was a small disruption, i dont see other customers with this problem on the community here.
