Hello dear Tele 2

I have the bundle which is 10 G plus 200 call 

And I activated today , 

When I saw My Tele 2 , I saw , Tele 2 charged me 1.75 € for calling , why ? I want to know ، when I bought the bundle that I told you 200 minutes  is free or not , or this is another story

Calling minuts in the bundle is for calls to Dutch numbers only. Did you call to numbers outside Netherlands?

What also can be is that the bundle loading is done in the night. Check the app tomorrow, than this will be fixed.

Hey Alireza, @eric is absolutely right. On the first day, MyTele2 still needs to process some things. If you check it now, you will see it’s fixed and there are no extra costs! :sunglasses:
