Everytime I travel within the EU my internet does not work. As far as I can tell, my bundle should work anywhere within the EU without extra charge. My roaming is on and I've done everything else that is recommend online. Can anyone help?

Could you fill in your phone number in your profile and tell me in what country you are right now? With this info, I will be able to see what's going on and we will get you back online in no time! :sunglasses:

Hi @Marciano van Tele2 . Yes it is indeed great to be travelling again. I am currently in France and have updated my profile.

Hey @Akrige, thanks for updating your profile! I see that there was a blockage for international roaming, so I removed it. You should be able to connect to the network again! 

In France you can connect to Bouygues and Orange.
