startup problem

I ordered the internet should be up and running a few days ago.  I still have no connection.  the hotline cannot be reached, the message is displayed

 

 

Connection could not be established: Concentrator not reachable
ll00__md.gif Your DSL connection is down. Verify that your MediaAccess Gateway is correctly connected to your phone line. If the problem persists, check your documentation

Hello Niesio,

 

 

How annoying that your connection is not working properly yet. Which lights do you see on the modem? Where did you connect the modem? Have you used our cables? I like to hear it.

the DSL light is flashing green.  I use your cables.  I have two entries in the meter box and in the living room.  there is no connection on any of them.  now the modem is connected in the salon.

Then it is possible that no signal comes in. I would like to check that for you.
