Internet connection - Tele2

I have not got an Internrt connection depsite of following the installation instructions mentioned in Tele2 brief.

Finally i have a connection now ☺️
The technician came yesterday and fixed the problem, something was wrong in the line between the house and switch (he did not say much to explain

Sorry to hear you can't use the internet yet.

Did you install everything correctly?
You can double-check everything here: Handleiding Modem - Tele2 Internet
It's in Dutch, but the diagrams are helpful, I hope.

Did you get a letter/email saying at what date the connection was going to be active?

I have checked many times, but it does not work. I have got an email that i can use the internet starting 25th of January.

Hey Abdulhadi,
I went and checked out the situation.
Turns out there seems to be technical difficulties which we can't overcome right now.
Is it true that you've made an appointment with a technician from KPN? They are in charge of the infrastructure.
It looks like there's an appointment with you today at 6 pm.
Let me know if that's the case and if so, keep me posted on whether the internet is up after.
