Internet breakdown

Hello,

My internet is very unstable recently. It has happened several times that there is no internet connection for several hours. Now there is a breakdown since yesterday afternoon. I tried to restart/reset the modem many times, but it does not work.

I really doubt that my modem has some problem. Only the power indicator is blinking orange, and the others are all off. 3 weeks ago I had this problem for the first time. Technicians came to my home, but found no problem of the connection. I hope this can be solved asap. Thank you.

I see that you spoke to my colleague and that he's replacing the modem.
