Can you help me with PUK activation?

I lost my the initial card where its written and I cant see it in my tele 2 account because to access it I need confirmation by sms, and I cant because card it blocked and i need it asap!

When you need the PUK code ASAP then its better to call customer service so they can provide you with the PUK code.
