The service doesn't work

Hey, I’ve been having problems with my phone since yesterday. I have an iPhone 8 plus. Although it shows everything right in the left top corner (Tele2, 3g), my internet doesn’t work and I can’t make or receive calls. Mobile data is on, apn data is correct, nothing seems to work and I can’t even call the customer service because I can’t make calls. How can I fix this?

Hi Klaudia,

Do you have a option to test it with a another simcard? If the other one shows connection than you have to order a new simcard.
