Same here Alibek, 

something is going wrong in this system. I hope will get my new iphone soon.

 

Er gaat iets niet goed Eric, de betalingen zijn gewoon gedaan en dat zie je ook bij openstaande betalingen dat zijn er namelijk 0. Ook de gedeeltelijke betaling van de Iphone is succesvol verricht.

There is no “open” invoice to be paid. Only the ones that I’ve already paid in the past:

Isn't there any (late) Open invoices to be paid? You can find that under 'facturen '.

On website there’s a page for “verlengen”: https://www.tele2.nl/mobiel/abonnement-verlengen

I click “Yes! Ik wil verlengen”. Next page suggests choosing “sim only” or “phone with calls/data bundle”, I choose the last one. 

Next page is kind of dead-end:

 

 

so it says “Betaal eenvoudig online je nog openstaande rekening. De verwerking hiervan zal tot maximaal 3 werkdagen duren. Daarna kan je verlengen.

But when I click “Naar online betalen” there’s no possibility of making that outstanding payment. Actually I think it doesn’t make sense to make outstanding payment as I’m increasing the amount of spending with tele2 by getting a new phone which comes with calls/data bundle.

Tele2 Sim Only, it does not have the payment for the phone, and will end only in Feb 2023, which I don’t want to wait :)

Hi,

 

I have existing subscription for calls/data from Tele2, which is until 2024. But I want to upgrade my phone and buy iPhone 14 pro, which comes automatically with calls/data bundle. Obviously I don’t need 2 subscriptions for calls/data. How can I get a new phone with calls/data bundle, while terminating my existing subscription?
