I can not retrieve an activation link for myTele2

Dear all, My subscription started last week. Today my simcard is activated. And I want to register to MyTele2 but the link for registriation has expired. And now every time I try to recieve a new activation link it says "something went wrong". I have tried many times and every combinations. Please I need a help. Thanks in advance. (And I read the forum about this topic. Quite few people have this issue. They say that may be my e-mail is not registered in the database of MyTele2. But I am not sure though.) Kind regards AM
