Unacceptable behavior from Tele2 on Expats

Hello

 

Yesterday I have ordered the new iphone 12 with a new subscription via Tele2 website

 

I live 6 years in Amsterdam, I have a european Passport, I work permanently in a company and live permanently in the country, I have a BSN & a dutch bank account, I do my Financial declaration as every other Dutch here and yet today I found out that my order is cancelled because I am (not dutch) & I do not have a Dutch ID

 

The ultimately racistic behavior

 

I have no words

That is correct. They can not proces that via the Tele2 website. But there is an easy solution. Almost retail outlets who sell Tele2 subscriptions, also with phones can proces EU id's. You can go to a fysical store like MediaMarkt or online via belsimpel.nl or mobiel.nl

It is rasistic if they ask you what color you have!

Did they? 

Otherwise don't play that card.
