Hello,

I have not using Tele2 for more than a year since I left the Netherlands. In the middle of 2019, I tried to cancel the subscription but it was difficult for me to call the customer service so I just filled a form but it didn’t solve the problem because they asked me to call the service number. After a few months, I have received several emails saying that they couldn’t collect the money from my bank card, then I replied I wanted to cancel it. It is like this back and forth for several months. Could you let me know how can I cancel it without having to call the service number? Thank you.

You can't cancel a contract by leaving the country without paying the bills.  You pay for the service the simcard in the phone is given. It don't matter if you make no phonecalls or use no data.  Did you buy a phone and a post paid abonnement for  two years?

Hi Raaf,

I didn’t buy the 2 years contract. My subscription is monthly contract. The point is that after I left the country, I don’t have any other ways to cancel the contract except calling them?

No I'm afraid not. If Tele2 sent you emails and they can't collect money it better to stay in contact. I know it's a hell for phoning them on a expensive line from abroad. Maybe a moderator will pick-up your case.  Are u sure you don't own T2 money?

No I think my contract is the type that I can cancel at any time. Don’t have a customer service email or something so that I dont need to fill in the form every time. Thank you.

I didn’t buy a phone at the beginning. I just bought the subscription only. For the monthly fee, I think they keep collecting them. And I tried to connect to cancel it for a long time but still not being processed.

Maybe this link will help you any further?  https://www.tele2.nl/klantenservice/mobiel/abonnement-opzeggen/

Maybe you have an active https://www.tele2.nl/mijn-tele2/ subscription and stop your contract on that website.

Or see the remarks on that page how to login when you are Tele2 mobile customer.

Hi @jasmine1030, how are you? Would you like to let me know how things ended with your contract? Because, I know that if you filled in the webform to cancel your contract you will be contacted by phone by one of my colleagues. Please give us an update and let me know if there's anything I can do for you.
