I have not using Tele2 for more than a year since I left the Netherlands. In the middle of 2019, I tried to cancel the subscription but it was difficult for me to call the customer service so I just filled a form but it didn’t solve the problem because they asked me to call the service number. After a few months, I have received several emails saying that they couldn’t collect the money from my bank card, then I replied I wanted to cancel it. It is like this back and forth for several months. Could you let me know how can I cancel it without having to call the service number? Thank you.
