Problem with ordering a sim card no Dutch ID

Hello,

I have been trying to order a simcard for over a month now, however with no success. In the end of the ordering process, my request is always declined. Could you please explain me why?

Do you have a Dutch ID, Dutch living adres and Dutch bank account?

If no Dutch ID, please go to a retailer like MEdiamarkt or Belsimpel.nl as Tele2 can not process foreign ID's online.

I have got everything but the Dutch ID! Thanks a lot for clarifying Eric!
