Only 3G Connection Abroad

Currently abroad in France and can only connect to 3G. According to tele2 app Orange and Bouygues should offer 4G but not getting it on either. I’m positive 4G if offered in the area because my esim from my American provider is getting 4G. 
 

Seems like a lot of people are having this issue in other countries. But it seems like a tele2 issue. Thinking about switching providers if they can’t offer 4G abroad.

Ik heb ook alleen maar 3G verbinding in plaats van 4G in België . Wat is er aan de hand? Tele2 heeft toch contracten met buitenlandse providers? 

Ik hoop dat ik snel weer 4G verbinding heb in België!

Hey @Jake shainberg Orange and Bouygues should indeed offer 4G in France. We're aware of this issue in the USA, however in other countries the networks should work fine. Please fill in your phone number in your profile and I will dive deeper into it!
